17' size Breezeway Screen Room

The perfect solution to create a screened-in patio. The Breezeway features heavy-duty screen fabric and zippers for years of use. The side panel support rafters provide a strong seal. There is no attachments to the canopy. The room has a three foot zippered door. Grommets are reinforced with webbing and the twist fasteners are nickel-plated. Skirting and storage bag included.

NOTE: Size refers to center arm to center arm measurement of awning frame. Actual room measures 18 inches shorter for complete canopy coverage. Fits awning rail to ground distances of 92" to 125".
